Victor Ide-Okoye, PhD is the founder, president, and CEO of ENTREPRENEURS GURU NETWORK INC., a workforce solutions and consulting firm. In 2014, Victor took his wealth of experience from his career with three of the largest global staffing and consulting organizations to launch what has become one of the largest consulting-staffing firms in the Boston area.
Dr. Victor Ide-Okoye holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, an MBA in Global Management, and an MBA in E-Business. He earned his doctoral degree in International Business at Argosy University.
He has over 30 years of experience in managing multinational organizations, primarily as a CEO and president. Common threads throughout Dr. Ide-Okoye’s career include staffing, consulting and turnaround initiatives, new business development, new product launches, strategic alliances and partnerships, and international business. This role provided insight into the dynamics and necessity for diversity programs in addition to honing his skills as an exceptional staffing professional.
Victor also served as a board member of numerous non-profit organizations. With his experience in staffing and the employment services industry, Dr. Ide Okoye has cultivated a vast network and customer base that include both governmental agencies and private sector global firms. Victor Ide-Okoye leads his team in the areas of recruitment, consulting, and management.
